Happy Wednesday! Today, we’re kicking off our Wednesday Wins celebration, and we want to recognize the big and small victories we experience every day. Whether it's acing a quiz, finishing an assignment, or simply showing up when it wasn't easy, every win counts!
We know that celebrating these wins helps boost our motivation and well-being. Research has shown that recognizing even small achievements can improve our mood and keep us focused. So, let’s take a moment to acknowledge our progress—and today, we’re going to do that with a fun activity!
It’s time for our Wednesday Wins Hands-Up Challenge! Here’s how it works: When you hear a prompt that applies to you, raise your hand proudly! If it doesn’t apply today, no worries—just cheer on your classmates!
Ready? Let’s go!
Raise your hand if you turned in an assignment you were proud of this week.
Raise your hand if you helped a friend or classmate recently.
Raise your hand if you learned something new that surprised you.
Raise your hand if you pushed through even when you felt tired or stressed.
Raise your hand if you take care of yourself by resting, exercising, or eating something healthy.
Raise your hand if you made someone else smile this week.
Raise your hand if you showed up today even though it wasn’t easy.
Look around you— you’re not alone in your wins, big or small! Every step you take counts. Let’s keep lifting each other up and celebrating these moments. Keep pushing forward, and let’s make this Wednesday one to remember!
Wellness Challenge today: Give one kind compliment to yourself and others.
