Volunteer Opportunity
The Oil Museum of Canada is looking for student volunteers to help out April 5, 11-4 for a family friendly event called "Looking for Spring". This is part of our PD Event series called Crafternoons at the Museum. There will be opportunities for students to help assist young children make nature themed crafts and find the geo-caches hidden on the museum grounds.

An OLL Tutor runs the program and volunteers assist.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Skill and Drill Children’s Programs
Help children in grades 1-7 improve their math and reading skills! Training is provided.
Tutoring takes place on Monday – Thursday evenings. At each site, a Tutor leads the program and volunteers assist. Locations are available in Alvinston, Brigden, Corunna, Sarnia, Watford, and Wyoming.

The Mooretown Minor Hockey Association is looking for volunteers to help with their Minor Hockey Tournaments Nov. 17-19 and Nov 24-26
Students would help by being tournament runners, score clock operators and filling out game sheets. Training will be provided.The tournament is expected to run from approximately from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. all days.
