Wrestling is a natural passtime. A set of twins do it in their mothers womb. It is the most common type of horseplay among friends, bouts of it even break out in the family living room over a remote control. It is one of the oldest ways to settle an argument. Wannabe wrestlers are to meet in the cafeteria tonight. Bring athletic clothing and a don't quit attitude! Tryouts will be held Monday-Wednesday this week in the caf right after school.

Let’s hear it for our Lady Lancers who competed this past weekend in a major tournament, facing talented teams from across Ontario! The tournament was an incredible experience, full of teamwork, hustle, and determination. The girls demonstrated what basketball is all about—building chemistry, staying composed under pressure, and playing with heart.

A big shoutout to all the players who gave it their all on the court—showing that basketball is more than just scoring; it’s about grit, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Up next: The Lady Lancers will be back in action this Tuesday for their final regular season showdown against Great Lakes. Let's get out there and cheer them on as they finish strong!

Great work, Lady Lancers—let’s keep the momentum going!
