The Senior Boys Volleyball Team went into OFSAA ranked 5th in the province and ended the tournament ranked 5th. After a strong pool play the Lancers lost to Barrie St Peter's in the quarter finals. It was a tremendous year for the talented team that won LKSSA, SWOSSA and while at OFSAA won their 100th game of the year. Thanks to the many fans that supported us all year! It was a great run with a fun group of guys!
Any senior students interested in writing the Physics@Mac online competition are asked to see Mrs. Brosseau in Room 910 to sign up. The competition will be written during period 1 on Wednesday, December 4th.

UCC had a bitter sweet day on Saturday. We brought 21 wrestlers, 11 of which meddled. 4 qualified for the Ontario winter games. We also had a few injuries that will end the season for a couple tough girls. Our Gold medalist's were Victoria A, Graci S, Riley C, Ashton S and Kayla S. Our Silver medalist's were KD J, Maddi S, Wesley C and Daniel C. Our Bronze medalist's were Brayden S and Ben P. Congratulate all the wrestlers, it was a tough tournament.
The Junior Boys basketball team started their season this past Saturday. The Lancers defeated Petrolia 58-19 and lost a close one to Great Lakes 54-46. Players are reminded that there is a 3:30 meeting in the fitness room tonight before practice.

A huge shout out to the cast and crew of Elf who performed a total of 12 shows during Christmas in Muskoka last week. Even though they were wearing green and red, their true blue colours shown through in their professionalism, commitment and positivity! Bravo!
