Hey Lancers, Christmas is coming and it is time for our annual Christmas door decorating activity. Student council members will be coming around December 16th on senior lunch to pick a period 3 class that shows the most Christmas spirit in their decorating, the winner will be announced and receive a class prize the following day. Have fun decorating!
Extra, Extra, Read all about it! All grade 10 students are invited to the Literacy Lunch Session running today in Room 207. We will focus on writing the news report. All you need to bring is a pen or a pencil and a positive attitude. Pizza will be provided. That is right, there will be pizza!!! Mmmmmmmmmm.

Do you need volunteer hours? Do you want a free pizza lunch? Come to the gym and be a part of the first ever UCC lancer wrestling tournament on Sat Dec. 14, volunteers are needed from 8am until approximately 3pm.
Girls Ice hockey members make sure that you have submitted your eligibility paperwork, as well as paid your fee online by today. Permission forms for the tournament next week are due to Mr. Wright or Ms. Mommersteeg in the Phys-Ed office. There will be a quick meeting Monday morning in room 507 at 8:05 to discuss the tournament and organize rides.
Hey Lancers! Student Council will be selling Christmas Candy Grams next week. For $1, come down to the tucc shop and buy a candy gram for you or a friend. They will be available from Monday to Friday during both lunches and delivered the following week. Happy holidays Lancers!
The senior Boy's basketball team had their first home game of the season last night and beat St Pat's 64-34. The team had a balanced attack with 10 players scoring and were highlighted by the play of Evan M and Evan T. They play in the Essex tournament this weekend and continue their regular season next Tuesday at UCC.
The Senior Reach for the Top Team should immediately go to the new cafeteria for club pictures.
