Student Council would like to remind everyone that this year’s senior semiformal will be at the Retro Suites on Thursday, December 21st from 6-9pm. The same rules apply as last year: grade 11s and 12s only, no guests from other schools, and student IDs will be requested at the doors. Tickets are available for purchase on School Cash Online, so be sure to get them while they last!

Tom: and I’m Tom and we’re from Mme Culverwells grade 12 religion class to tell you about this year's advent call to action.
Keigen: We’re collecting new gloves, mittens and socks for those in need this winter. There will be a grade winner as well as an individual class winner for those who donate the most.
Tom: We will be coming to your period 3 class to collect your donations on the 13th and 20th and our goal is to collect 1500 pairs.
Keigen: When you are out shopping this weekend, please pick up socks or mitts for those in need.
Tom: We’re excited to see all your donations for this advent season. Good luck lancers!
The Ursuline College Music Society took to the big stage last night and did not disappoint. While performing to a packed house in the UCC theatre the audience had an opportunity to listen to the sweet sounds of the Grade 10 Music class held down by Ethan M. on the clarinet and Josh Kosik on the drums. The crowd ooohed and awwwed at the smooth jazz licks of Mary V. on the tenor sax and the slick beats of Drew Rumble on the drums during the performance of the Jazz Band. The angelic voices lead by Megan L. and Shayla F.-N. were up next as the crowd sang along with the UCC Choir. Ephram R. dazzled the crowd with a strong solo performance. To top it all off the pLUCC guitar ensemble brought the house down with Hendirx like shredding by Blake O. and Emma N. A special guest appearance by the super talented Norah L. on the flute warmed the audience's heart. A wonderful evening was had by all! Bravo to the entire Music Society, we couldn't have done it without you!
The puzzle for the third day of "Xmas" has been posted! Come to the 3rd floor of the Xaver building, where the math classes are, to solve it and be entered into a draw for some delicious Christmas treats. Yesterday's winners were Carl R. and Christian D.. Come to the math office for your prize. You can still try the previous two puzzles and be entered into our grand prize draw on the 12th day.
