The Boys Hockey Team got off to a solid start Tuesday by beating the CK Golden Hawks 4-2. Braden T got the Lancers on the board, followed by Captain Anthony L's 2 goals. Jeff C added the insurance marker to close out the game. The stellar goaltending of Seth S provided the boys with plenty of confidence throughout the game. A big congratulations goes out to coach Donnelly who gets his first win behind the Lancer bench as well. Go Lancers Go!
The Lady Lancers kicked off their hockey season in style in their tournament in London yesterday. In her Lancer debut, Amber P had a shutout as the Lancers beat Norwell secondary school 6-0 with a strong team performance. In their second game they fell behind early to St. Joes from St. Thomas, but came storming back to tie it 1-1 and almost win it at the death. The Girls hockey team takes on Gonzaga from Mississauga to see who plays in the A division semifinals. Gooooo Lancers!

Do you need volunteer hours? Do you want a free pizza lunch? Come to the gym and be a part of the first ever UCC lancer wrestling tournament on Sat Dec. 14, volunteers are needed from 8am until approximately 3pm.
