With final exams about 2 and a half weeks away, students should be starting to prepare for final exams. In order to help you get organized and plan out your studying, students can pick up an Exam Study Calendar in the Guidance Office.
In addition, students can also pick up a booklet titled "Test Anxiety," which will give you tips and strategies to help you overcome your nervousness before your exams.
Reminder to all Graduating students – University applications are due next Wednesday January 15th and college applications are due February 1st. Check in with your guidance counsellor if you need any assistance with your applications.
Attention MUSKOKA leaders, you will be required to make lunch for a fellow leader next week for the lunch time meeting on Wednesday January 15, 2020. The list of who you are making lunch for will be posted in the main hallway outside the gym doors and on the student council bulletin board in the cafeteria. This information will also be sent to you electronically. Please contact who you are making lunch for to clarify their likes/dislikes and to see if they have any food allergies. Please see Ms. Bromley or Ms. Mommersteeg with any questions.

The senior boys basketball battle together for another win last night against cross town rival Chatham Kent. Nakoma Scott’s time was limited because of foul trouble but made the most of it scoring 10 points and playing especially well in the fourth quarter. Spencer Denomy was also fantastic even though he didn’t score a point. Evan Mcgregor was great on both ends of the floor playing especially well in the last quarter.
The team plays against Sarnia northern tomorrow night at UCC. Tip off at 6:30. Everyone is encouraged to come out and support the team in what should be a great game.

A reminder to the boys hockey team. You need to attend the start of period 4 class and then you are dismissed at 1:30 for our home opener today at Memorial Arena starting at 2:30 against the McGregor Panthers. All Lancers are welcome to come out and support. See ya there.
