We're thrilled to announce the remarkable success of UCC's NTS Festival Entry, IRIS! Last week, our talented cast and crew hit the road and showcased their skills at the regional level in Hamilton. Despite facing numerous challenges including technical glitches, nerves, and the occasional drop of blood, they emerged victorious!
Their stellar performance captivated the regional adjudicator, who was thoroughly impressed by their script, acting, and directing. We're proud to share that IRIS has not only left a lasting impression but has also brought home some well-deserved accolades.
During the awards ceremony on Friday, IRIS was honored with an Award of Merit for writing, and Jill Pillbeam received an Award of Excellence for directing.
To the cast and crew of IRIS: BRAVO! Your hard work and perseverance have paid off, and we couldn't be prouder. Congratulations once again to everyone involved in making IRIS a shining success!
