The Health Nurse will be here today from 9 – 1 in guidance.

“Attention Students: Are your shots up-to-date? Immunization letters have gone out to students that either; need to report the date you received your booster shot to the health unit OR are still needing shots to be updated. Please check your vaccine records and contact the health unit to report a shot at ckphu.com and search “shots”. OR call 519-355-1071 Ext.5900 if you have questions OR you can talk with the school nurse on her next visit.”

Students who are not up to date with their vaccinations will be suspended from attending school until their immunization record is updated.

Any students who are interesting in building things and winning cash prizes can sign up for the Professional Engineers of Ontario's annual competition.  Teams of 4 design and build a solution to a mystery problem under the supervision of a practicing engineer. The competition takes place at CKSS on Saturday, March 30th.  See Mrs. Brosseau on your lunch for more information, or grab a sign-up sheet outside room 915. 

All grade 9 students interested in track and field. There will be a meeting on Wednesday March 6th on your lunch in room 602.  That is Grade 9 students interested in Track and Field, Meeting Wednesday March 6 on your lunch in room 602. 

Attention all muskoka leaders. This is the last week to purchase Muskoka Hoodies. Hoodies are available in Black or royal blue and cost $35. Please purchase online. Don't miss out! Friday is the last day to purchase these champion hoodies! 

Still putting together a team? You only have a few days left to assemble your dodgeball team, collect the entry fee from each player and sign up at the sign up table in the cafeteria at lunch. Your permission form must be signed by your 4th period teacher and either returned to the cafe sign up table or to Mme Culverwell in 209. Don’t forget Me to We is hosting this tournament for a great cause, our goal is to raise enough money to build a school in India where students don’t have the opportunity to learn and get out of poverty. If your fourth period teacher has signed up your class to spectate at the event, don’t forget to bring in your toonie to support the build a school campaign 

The Ursuline Lancers boys’ curling team are SWOSSA champions. They defeated Leamington 8-5 in the semifinal and St Pat’s 9-3 in the final. The team of Alex Jeromel (Skip), Austin Haddock (vice), John Pumfrey (second) and Caden Rivard (lead) will compete at OFSSAA in North Bay from March 19-23. 

A reminder to all people attending today's SWOSSAA hockey game at Erickson Arena @ 2:30. There will be a gate at the door, students are $2.00 and adults are 3.00. The team looks forward to seeing you in attendance. Go Lancers!
