Hey Lancers. Are you aware that the United Nations General Assembly designated April 2nd of each year as Autism Awareness Day. The purpose is to highlight the developmental, communication and social challenges which face persons with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their caregivers. In recognition of Autism Awareness Day, people around the world wear light blue clothing as a public show of support, understanding and acceptance of persons with autism. UCC encourages you to wear light blue tops with your uniform tomorrow. GO BLUE!

Attention all artists!! there will be an acrylic painting workshop starting Tuesday, April 9th after school in Rm. 920 with Mrs. McEachran. Cost is $5 which can be paid thru cash online and covers canvas and painting materials.
ALL students signed up to tryout for LANCER BASEBALL are to stop into room 502 sometime today to see the TRYOUT schedule. It has been divided into TWO separate GROUPS-A Monday tryout group and a Wednesday Tryout group.

Prom committee will meet today after school but only until 3:00 pm.
The UCC Wellness Committee is asked to meet at Mr. Larsh's office today during your lunch today. Grade 11 and 12 students will meet from 11:05 - 11:20 and the grade 9's and 10's will meet from 12: 20 - 12:35. We will finalize our t-shirt design and the plans for Mental Health Week.
The Rainbow Alliance will meet next Monday, April 8th. Grades 11 and 12 will meet at 1st lunch; grades 9 and 10 will meet at 2nd lunch. And, as always, there will be free food.
There will be no Pedagape meeting after school today. Please stay tuned for our end of the year service projects.
