The public health nurse will be in today from 9am-1pm down in the guidance office. Available for walk-ins or schedule an appointment through text. Their contact information is on the calendars throughout the school. 

Attention all students who want to dress down: today is the LAST day to pay for dress down days on school cash online. You must have paid online to be able to dress down, No toonies will be accepted. Make sure you go online tonight to pay for dress down days!

The UCC Boys Golf Team are SWOSSAA GOLF CHAMPIONS after a 3 shot victory over 8 schools at Kingsviille.  The boys move on to OFSSAA in 2 weeks.  They were led by Matt Hawryluk, Aidan Webster, Marcus Jones and inspired by Walk-On athlete Patrick "Rudy" O'Brien. 

There will be an important student council meeting today at 2:30 in room 105.

Art club will meet tonight in room 920. See you there! 

Did you know Canada is in an election campaign? Although most UCC students are too young to vote in the real election, on October 18th, you will get a chance to vote in the Student Vote. Student Vote gives students from across Canada a chance to vote in the Federal Election. Your votes will combined with votes from around the country to see what impact young people would have if they could vote. On October 18th, you will be asked to cast a ballot. Please be informed - it is your civic duty! 

To staff and students wanting to support Orange Shirt Day, we have a limited supply of orange shirts for sale in room 501.  Mrs. Murphy can help with any questions regarding this.  As for Wednesday, you are invited to wear orange to continue the awareness and learning about the impact that Residential Schools had on our country, province and community. Stay tuned for more announcements regarding Wednesday.
