Whether you want to act, direct, manage the stage, run lighting or sound, do makeup, or play music, there’s a role for everyone—onstage or backstage! This is your chance to learn, collaborate, create, and perform, all while making lifetime friendships in a safe and exciting theatre community. Calling all creative high school students! If you love to draw, paint or express yourself through art, come be part of our Ursuline Arts Collective! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned artist, this is the perfect after school group to explore your creativity, work on new projects and meet new friends! The first official meeting will be Monday, Sept 15 in room 920 with Mrs. McEachran. Please make sure you have a late bus pass!

Are you interested in working in the greenhouse? Do you appreciate growing food from seed? Do you want to help green our school? Do you need volunteer hours? Starting next week, the Enviro Club will meet on Mondays, right after school, from 2:30-3:30 in the Greenhouse, a perfect place to be inspired! Mark your calendar!

Did you know that the Eiffel Tower grows up to 15 centimeters taller in the Summer due to thermal expansion? Do you like random trivia? If so, the Reach for the Top Competitive Trivia Team just might be for you. Practices will begin next week from 2:30-3:30 in room 605. Grade 9-10 on Tuesdays and Grades 11-12 on Thursdays.

Objection, your honour! The UCC competitive mock trial team is looking for new members. You can sign up using the QR code on the bulletin boards in the main hall or by attending the information meeting on Monday September 15th after school in room 605.

Yesterday the Ursuline cross country competed in their first meet of the year. Highlights of the meet were: Gabriella J 1st in novice girls. Miles C 1st in novice boys, Lucas M 2nd, Maverick Z 4th and Colton F 6th. The novice boys team was also 1st overall. Chelsea W 1st in junior girls Aric W 5th in junior boys Ashlyn B 6th in senior girls and Alex W 6th and Coulter H 8th in senior boys. Great start to the season.

It’s not too late to join for anyone interested in being part of the best cross country team in Chatham Kent. See Mr. WHYTE in room 602 if interested. Players who tried out for the junior boys soccer team are to check the list posted in the main hall. Please come and grab your paperwork outside of the Phys Ed office if you successfully made the team and check your name off the list.
