Are you ready for some football? Grade 9 and 10 students interested in playing UCC Football this spring can sign up using the QR code posted outside room 905 and 207, outside the gym and on our bulletin boards. The season will be played after soccer and track are finished. This will not interfere with travel football so COUGAR PLAYERS ARE WELCOME!
A heartfelt thanks goes out to all of the lancers who travelled to Sarnia last night for the senior boys championship game. Sadly, the lancers lost 77-75 after a furious comeback in the dying minutes of the game. The all around play of Spencer D and the inspiring scoring of Caleb R led the way throughout the night. In what would end up being their final game as lancers, Zach M, Weiler D, Aidyn S and Spencer D gave everything they had and played almost the entire game. The team will surely miss the character, leadership and excellence these 4 graduating seniors brought to the program over the past 5 years.
The girls hockey team host the LKSSAA finals today at Memorial arena at 2pm. They are taking on their cross town rivals CK, in what should be a fierce battle for the LKSSAA crown. Come out and support the Lancers and cheer them in to victory. Go Lancers!!!!
