Calling all crocheters and knitters. We are in need of your talents! You are invited to crochet or knit squares that will be made into comfort blankets for kids and teachers at Tumbler Ridge Secondary school. Come to the Lancer Commons every Wednesdays 2:30 - 3:30 pm in March to crochet or knit a 12 x 12 square. Bring your knitting needles or a crochet hook with any colour of 4 ply yarn. Badminton tryouts continue today - Junior Girls from 2:30- 3:15 and Junior Boys from 3:15 - 4pm. Senior tryouts will run from 4-5:15. Do your best to attend.

With a final record of 34-8 The senior boys basketball team’s season came to an end last Thursday. The UCC fan support was exceptional and the team appreciated all the staff and students who made the trip down to Windsor. With the loss, 3 senior Lancers played their final game wearing the blue and white. DJ P., Tez H., and Taye H., have been instrumental in the team’s unprecedented success over the past 3 seasons and will all be sorely missed.
