RICE IS NICE MULTICULTURAL LUNCH There will be 6 different rice dishes from all over the world for you to enjoy. It is a free event sponsored by the Southwest Ontario Student Nutrition Program and it will be brought to you by UCC’s United Alliance and Kidwin clubs as well as the student and staff cooks in the Hospitality Classroom. So … if you have a favourite vegetarian rice dish recipe from your heritage that you would like to submit for consideration, please email or submit a copy by Friday March 1, to Ms. Palmer in the Guidance department. OR FIND THE POSTER IN THE MAIN HALLWAY AND USE THE QR CODE TO SUBMIT YOUR RECIPE.

On Wednesday 10 UCC coders from grades 10 to 12 participated in the University of Waterloo's annual Canadian Computing Competition. The contest tasks students to independently write programs to solve 5 complex problems in 3 hours. Congratulations goes out to all who participated in this year's contest!
The girls ice hockey team take on CK Monday at 2pm at Memorial for the LKSSAA crown. Come on out and support to help the girls on to victory!

The senior boys basketball team lost a heartbreaker last night in Windsor to a very good Holy Names team. The Lancers battled all game even though they trailed from start to finish. The boys played with incredible grit and determination amid a myriad of challenges. The team wants to thank the incredible Lancer fans who made the trip to Windsor. It was incredible to see so many Lancers in the stands!
