Have you ever seen a World Vision TV commercial and wanted to help children in a developing country? Have you ever thought of going to a developing country to teach in a school, work in a hospital or build houses for families?
If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, you may be interested in an Awareness Trip to the Dominican Republic. The Dominican Republic is one of the most poverty-stricken countries in the Western Hemisphere.
On this trip during the 2020 March Break next year, you will see schools, orphanages, health clinics, agricultural and water projects run by the Rayjon Sharecare Organization. You will experience the Dominican culture, become aware of the challenges of developing countries, and become aware of sustainable projects in developing countries. You may learn more about yourself as this trip can be life-changing! If you are interested in going on this Awareness Trip or want more information, see Mr. Estoesta in Guidance to pick up an information handout.
