Let’s continue to think about some of the things Jesus has taught us about kindness: ● "Love your neighbor as yourself." This core teaching emphasizes that kindness extends to everyone, not just our friends or people we agree with. It challenges us to see the inherent worth in every person. ● "Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy." This suggests a connection between the kindness we show others and the kindness we receive. It highlights the importance of forgiveness and understanding. ● "Do to others whatever you would have them do to you." This "Golden Rule" is a simple yet profound guide for how we should interact with the world. It encourages us to put ourselves in other people's shoes and treat them the way we want to be treated. There is still time to be a part of our Stick with Kindness sticky note campaign. Ask your teacher for a sticky note, write a kind message and send it to the dance studio. Kindness can transform our school community. Imagine a school where everyone feels supported, valued, and respected. That's the kind of community we can build together, one act of kindness at a time. Today’s kindness thought is…Be willing to forgive those who didn’t know better.

We are excited to announce a wonderful opportunity to support Andrea C., one of our incredible students here at Ursuline College. Andrea, a 17-year-old with Angelman's syndrome, is working toward acquiring a pediatric bicycle that will allow her to ride alongside her brothers and sister. This bike would greatly improve her mobility and independence, making her dreams of biking with her family a reality. To help Andrea, we are collecting aluminum tabs, which will be donated to support the purchase of her specialized bike. Every tab you contribute brings Andrea is one step closer to her goal! You will find containers throughout the school where you can drop your tabs, including the cafeteria, Lancer Annex, main office, all staff rooms, guidance, and the LifeSkills room. Let’s come together as a community to help Andrea achieve this exciting milestone and give her the chance to share joyful moments with her family. Thank you for your support!
