Our senior girls soccer team showed grit and determination in two tough matches this week in Sarnia. In a close battle against Northern on Wednesday, the girls fought hard but came up just short with a 2-1 loss. Shoutout to Dalia B., who scored our lone goal in that game. Thursday, the team faced off against St. Pat’s, where they continued to push despite another challenging match, ending in a 3-1 loss. Katey K. found the back of the net with a great finish for the Lancers. The girls now set their sights on the playoffs, which begin next week. Best of luck and go Lancers!

The Senior Boys soccer team had a big week this week. Monday they took down LCCVI 4-0 on goals by Xavier M., Jayden B., Dacian V., and Jaydon H. Wednesday the Lancers went to Sarnia and came away with a 5-2 win over Northern on goals by Xavier M., Jayden B., Mateen S. and two by Rees E. Last night the Lancers went to Sarnia again and despite being short handed drew St Pats 0-0 and securing first place. The boys host their playoff Semifinals next Thursday after school against Sarnia Northern. Gooo Lancers!!!
