With final exams about 2 and a half weeks away, students should be starting to prepare for final exams. In order to help you get organized and plan out your studying, students can pick up an Exam Study Calendar in the Guidance Office. In addition, students can also pick up a booklet titled "Test Anxiety," which will give you tips and strategies to help you overcome your nervousness before your exams.

The girls Ice hockey team played a double header yesterday. In their first game, they jumped out to an early lead against CK, but ended up losing the game. Goals were scored by Eniya G and Natalie B. In their second game against Wallaceburg, with WD leading 3-0 going into the third period, the Lady Lancers came storming back, scoring 4 goals to win the game 4-3. It was a total team effort and the coaches were proud of the character the girls showed. Eniya G, Sophie C, Olivia A, Leah G, Brooke M, Cassie W, Rechelle K and Abby P all getting on the score sheet, with a stellar effort by their goaltender Amber P. The girls face off against WD again next Wednesday. Gooooo Lancers!

The Boys Hockey team played a complete team game to earn a convincing 14-2 win over the McGregor Panthers yesterday. Captain Anthony L led the way with 6 goals and 2 assists and Declan W had 2 goals and 5 assists. Austen V had 2 goals, while Braden T, Cole T, Briden G and Zak L added singles. Owen L was solid in net when called upon. The Boys are back in action next Thursday against the perennial powerhouse LK Cardinals. Go Lancers Go!
