In support of the Life-Skills program, students have made bracelets to represent the Fruits of the Spirit. All proceeds and funds will go towards the Life-Skills room. There are 6 different bracelets representing: Joy, Love, Gentleness, Kindness, Faithfulness and Patience. All staff and students can purchase bracelets on School-Cash Online. The cut off for orders will be December 19th. Email Ms. Boss or Mr. Teeuwen if you have any questions.

The practice of mindfulness helps us gain control over our thoughts and emotional reactions, which can shift our relationship with pain. The Boys Hockey team began the new campaign with a 4-4 tie last night against CK. James L stood tall in net making big saves at key times. Tom B led the offensive charge with 2 goals and an assist, with Evan C and Xavier H getting singles. Dacian P.V and Gavin M had assists. The Boys look to stay undefeated Monday - again against CK.
