The Senior Boys Soccer team are SWOSSAA Champions! They defeated Villanova of Windsor on penalty kicks last night to advance to OFSAA. Villanova went up 1-0 to start the game, but the Lancers pegged one back on a goal by Rees Evans. Villanova would score again to make it 2-1 at the half. Super sub, Nick "Hollywood" H would come on to bury another huge goal to tie the game up and send the game to extra time. Lucas R would hit the post on a beautiful volley, but extra time would settle nothing and the game would go to penalty kicks. The 5 Lancer shooters would bury their penalties, Nelson D, Ethan Q, Rees E, Ethan W and Lucas R who scored the decisive winner to send the Lancer boys to their first OFSAA in 10 years. Mr. Kalp and Mr. Wright are so proud of all the boys' efforts. The Lancers will continue their season next week at OFSAA in Windsor. Gooo Lancers!!!

The long anticipated wait for Brooklyn V's return ended last night as the UCC girls rugby team defeated Petrolia to win the LKSSAA championship 43-0. Players of the game were Audrey G, Brooklyn V and Morghan S. Great job girls!
