Going on a 15-minute 'awe walk' each week, where we stop to appreciate the world around us, can help boost positive emotions, reduce stress, and allow us to be more kind. It is also important to be kind to everything around us, including the land, trees, animals-- all nature! As you go on your awe walk today, pay attention to how what God has created as you walk, and appreciate and give thanks to our Lord for the beauty around you.

This is a reminder of the Hackergal meeting today on 2nd lunch in room 305. See you there!
