Good morning Lancers. We are starting November with a new special at Lancer Brew, our Chocolate Chai. It tastes like hot chocolate with a hint of cinnamon and spice. Congratulations to our draw winner from last week, one of our best customers, Mrs. Anna Thomas. We also have fresh banana bread and cookies, plus hot apple cider, caramel apple refreshers, a variety of teas, and of course iced and hot coffee. Order forms go on your classroom door after announcements.

Hey Lancers! Popcorn alert! Tomorrow at lunch, stop by room 807 for a bag of movie-style popcorn for just $2. Both lunches are available, and every bag helps our LifeSkills students. Treat yourself and make a difference at the same time!

ATTENTION GRADS!! The Yearbook Club wants your baby pics and yearbook quotes! We are asking that they be submitted by November 15. Both can be sent through email to Mrs. Haines. Make sure your name is on both and please try to keep your quotes short and sweet!

Attention, any girls grade 9 through 12 interested in trying out for the Girls Ice Hockey Team, please sign up using the QR code posted on the Athletics board by the side gym entrance between the gym, main hallway and the hub. Our first tryout will be this Thursday at Memorial Arena from 2:30-3:30pm. If you have any questions or concerns, please see Mr. Wright, Ms. Balkwill or Mr. King.

Happy Tuesday, Lancers! Did you know Day of the Dead shares roots with All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day in the Catholic Church?

When Spanish missionaries arrived in Mexico and Latin America, Indigenous beliefs about death and the afterlife blended with Catholic traditions.

That’s why this celebration happens on November 1st and 2nd — the same days the Church remembers the souls of the faithful departed.

It’s a reminder that love and faith surpass even death.

Reminder to the cast and crew of this year's NTS one act play "symphony of the heart" we will be meeting for the first time on the stage THIS THURSDAY ! see you then and don't forget your bus pass

"In Flanders fields the poppies blow, between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place"

November 11th is remembrance day UCC. Students who are able to do so are encouraged to make a donation either on School Cash online and in person over the next few days. Students will be around during period 1 to collect any available donations. Once Poppies have arrived, they will be distributed.

Attention all gamers! A reminder that Games Club runs this afternoon from 2:30-4:00 in room 103. New members are always welcome! Come on out and have some fun! See you there!
