There is still time to be nominated or nominate a friend for being kind. Did someone share an act of kindness with you? Submit their name to win a self-care basket by filling out a "Caught in the Act" nomination form. Forms are accessible through a teacher and can be returned to the teacher to be submitted for the draw. Keep those nominations coming!
Today is the last day of kindness week but kindness doesn't have to stop here. Continue with kindness by sharing kindness with yourself. Engaging in a self-care routine has been clinically proven to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, reduce stress, increase happiness, and more. It can help you adapt to changes, build strong relationships, and recover from setbacks. Give yourself some grace, take some time for you this weekend and remember that you deserve kindness too! Keep your ears open later today to hear about our winners from the "Caught in the Act" Challenge.
