Taking care of your mental health is not a sign of weakness—it's a sign of strength. It takes courage to face difficult emotions, seek support, and make your well-being a priority. We often think of strength as pushing through, but true strength is knowing when to slow down, ask for help, and take care of yourself. Prioritizing your mental health is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself.

Our Wellness challenge: Let's make today a little brighter by reaching out and offering some encouragement to someone new!

Today we have a Lunchtime Sticker Stop: Take or Share! If you need a sticker or want to spread some cheer, our station is open for you to take what you need or give one to someone else. And for a sweet moment of reflection, be sure to swing by our Candy Reflections station!

Did you select Co-op for next year? Would you like to earn 4 credits, make $5000 and build your leadership and teamwork skills? Then Military Co-op might be right for you! Next Wednesday May 14th, representatives from the Canadian Armed Forces will be at UCC during both lunches to provide information about the program. If you have any questions or would like more information before May 14th, please visit the co-op office in the 500s.

Looking to get ahead in school this summer? Are you a part of a SHISM program, and you are finding it hard to work in the Co-op requirement? You can earn TWO high school credits by participating in the Summer Co-op Program!

If you're working part-time or you are looking for valuable career experience this summer, why not turn that experience into credits toward your diploma? It's a smart way to lighten your course load next year or catch up on missed credits.

Pick up your application and info from Ms. McMath in the Co-op Office today!

Make your summer count—earn credits while you work!

The senior girls soccer team kicked off their packed week with a win against a tough LCCVI squad Monday night. Carys Evans and Abbie Perini each had a goal in the 2-0 victory. Zaveri Bos recorded the shut out in her debut start in net. We wish the girls good luck in their match on Wednesday as they take on the Northern Vikings in Sarnia.

Goooooooo Lancers!
