Today is Thirsty Thursday! It’s easy to forget about the importance of hydration in our daily routines, but drinking enough water is essential to keeping your body functioning at its best. Why is staying hydrated so important? It boosts energy levels, helps digestion, supports skin health, regulates body temperature, and improves your focus and mood. Here are some simple strategies to help you stay hydrated: set a daily water goal, drink a glass before each meal, use reminders on your phone, and try infusing your water with refreshing flavors like lemon, cucumber, or mint.

Your mission today is to champion hydration! Aim to drink at least 8 glasses (approximately 2 liters) of water throughout the day.

Lunchtime Refreshment Stop: Feeling thirsty? Come by our sample station for a taste of electrolytes and our refreshing water station – stay hydrated!
