I was hoping you could put in an announcement in for the UCC Tennis team?

The UCC Tennis team competed in LKSSAA South yesterday and gave their all! A total of 9 players are moving on to compete in LKSSAA North next week in Sarnia! Our Girls Singles players, Molly C., and Kaylin T., placed 2nd and 4th. The Boys Doubles team of Ethan T., and Jackson T., battled hard for a 3rd place spot. The Girls Doubles teams, Abigail P., & JoJo V., Audrey Seys & Jaida B., battled each other to make a name for themselves in 3rd and 5th. And, our Boys Singles player Johnathan C., snagged a 4th place finish! Congratulations Lancers, Mr. Evans and Mr. Biskey are proud of you all and to the other stellar athletes who competed!

  1. Lancers baseball team yesterday took to the road, just like the Detroit Tigers, and won a hard fought game against a cagey opponent. The final score was 10-8 Lancers against North Lambton and Detroit 6, Cleveland 3. Go LANCERS!!!!! GO TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night, the Junior boys football team played in the Catholic Bowl 2 in front of a standing room only crowd, here at UCC. The highly anticipated rematch from last week featured a 30 point improvement by the Lancers. The Blue Curtain Defense was led by Hunter G., and Milo S., while the offense powered behind Max Graca Z., and the hogs up front, Camden L., Simond H. and Darius C. The game came down to the wire in the final moments, with the boys displaying relentless effort, grit and determination throughout the battle. GO BLUE!
