The UCC Golf team was represented by Haylee Crawley at the Girls OFSAA tournament in Brampton last week. Haylee, coming off back to back SWOSSAA titles, and a 14th place finish in last year's OFSAA brought her "A" game to Brampton last week. Haylee finished in 4th place, one of the highest finishes at OFSAA Golf in UCC history. Way to go Haylee! Congratulations on a fantastic season!

Lancers Scare Hunger is coming up! This week is so important for returning your permission form to the caf at the beginning of your lunch to the sign up table and ensuring that you have selected a route. We are in need of more teams to fill our 60 routes. We need you Lancers, get your team assembled to be spooky, scary and thoughtful of others.
The first set of auditions for our school musical "The Little Mermaid" will take place today in the theatre after school. Please dress to dance and have all of your materials ready for presentation. Come to the Drama hallway right after school and wait by the doors to the stage. Remember, you must sign up to audition. Be prepared to stay until 4:25. Take a deep breath and do your best! You've got this!

The senior girls basketball team went 3-1 on the weekend capturing the consolation championship in Waterloo. Alyssa L-H., Kinsey C., Daphne N., Zav B., & Alora D., all took home Player of the Game honours. Big game performances included Kinsey with a 26 point effort and Daphne with 31! Peyton N., added a solid presence on the court. League play continues this week with a big match up vs Great Lakes on Wednesday. Let’s go blue!
The senior boys volleyball team headed to Saunders Secondary school on Saturday to compete in the sabres invitational. The boys had a great day of team defense which led them to become tournament champions. Players of the day were Josh B., and Cristian S. Next up, the boys host their last LKSSAA event here at UCC tomorrow night at 4pm.
