Garret Day moved up 15 positions to finish 28th out of 120 competitors at OFSAA Golf. He shot a solid 76 at Royal Ashburn in Oshawa Thursday where all the holes were uphill and all played into a prevailing gale force wind while temperature plummeted 15 degrees with a wind chill of minus 28.
