Our Jr Girls Basketball team defeated the CKSS Hawks last night in League play. The girls were up by one at half in a close game until the end of the third when back to back 3 pointers by Peyton N and Morgan S stretched the lead to 9. The Rebounding of Judine V, Liley D, Hannah T and Georgia P and defensive intensity of Payton A limited the Hawks scoring opportunities. Led by Addison HL with 12 points and the defensive speed and assists of Arionna H the girls won by 37-26. Wish the team luck today as they head to London to the Mother Theresea tournament.

Yesterday the Ursuline cross country team competed in the LKSSA meet in the cold, rain, snow and wind. Despite the conditions there were many great individual and team performances. UCC finished 2nd in the junior girls, junior boys, and senior boys team divisions. The entire team finished 2nd overall. All of our runners qualified for next week’s SWOSSAA meet in Windsor. Congratulations to all runners!
