A morning teacher enters the stage, they carry multiple bags, a large coffee, a box of markers and chalk. They are arriving at the beginning of the school day and they are VERY tired. This teacher is a mess, but they will power through it. At times, this teacher refers to their coffee as their best friend. UCC, is that teacher on the stage, or in front of you?!? Do you want to be part of bringing the secret life of teachers to the stage? Exposing the reality of what your teachers actually acted like as a teenager, understand what they do on professional development days and most importantly - watch a show down between core and elective teachers? If this sounds like a riot on the stage - well, it is - join the UCC drama club in its one act comedy production. If you missed last night's meeting and are interested, come by 919 to see Mrs Fernandes for details and a script for next weeks auditions.
Music auditions for the Sight and Sound Café take place next week. Check the bulletin boards for sign-up info.
Attention to all students: Have you pre-ordered your yearbook? If you haven't, you are in luck! There are a few left for purchase. First come, first served. Don't miss out! You must pre-order your copy now. There will be NO extra copies in June for purchase. Purchase on-line!
Attentions all grade 12 students, are you interested in being part of the Prom Committee this year? If so, please plan to attend the first meeting next week, Wednesday, February 22nd, after school in room 208. See or email Mme Vilaranda if you have any questions.
The rosary will be prayed at the beginning of each lunch today in the chapel. All staff and students are invited to pray the glorious mysteries with us!

The senior girls volleyball team took on Northern last night here at UCC in the LKSSAA semi finals. MVP of the night was Rowan G for her powerful swings and tough defence. The girls will take on CKSS this Friday in the LKSSAA finals.
