UCC had great success at SWOSSAA tennis yesterday. Samantha L continued her streak battling in 5 matches. After losing her first, Samantha rebounded with 4 straight wins to book her ticket to OFSSAA by finishing second in girls' singles. Both boys' doubles team played well yesterday. The team of Owen K and Aiden A was heating up when they ran into, lost to and were eliminated by their own UCC teammates, Tom & Josh B. Tom and Josh continued on, capturing second place and winning a berth to OFSSAA. All of the coaches would like to congratulate all players for their awesome season which continues this spring. A special thanks to Nifemi K for his great help running the site at Tecumseh.

As a token of our appreciation, all classes that participate by bringing in canned goods will receive an exclusive link to a captivating Halloween video. This video is a collection of spooky folklore tales from different corners of the world. These tales have been thoughtfully collected by the United Alliance and skillfully put together by our talented grade 11/12 drama class.
But the fun doesn't stop there ... listen to tomorrow's announcements to find out what the prize is for the top ten participating classes
