• In-person guidance meetings will commence after the Course Change Period to allow for any course changes required during the first week of school (i.e., course changes are being addressed through the Google Form only - not during regular in-person guidance appointments.)   

STUDENT TIMETABLES

• Follow the CURRENT TIMETABLE GIVEN IN THE AUGUST EMAIL and your guidance counsellor will contact/email you during the first week of school if a change was possible.
• Course change requests will be addressed only by completing the Google Form linked in the email you received.
• September 5, 2025 will be the LAST DAY to complete and submit the Google Form.
• Any requests to change a course after September 5, 2025 will not be accepted.

NOTE:

Course change requests will be considered on a priority basis.

Depending on the volume of requests received by the deadline (noon September 5), some Google Form requests may be addressed after September 5.
