For some students this will be your first interview. The employer will know that you are nervous and at times will not know what to say. The best advice is to be confident, look people in the eye and speak up. Personal appearance also plays a large role in the interview process – you must dress for success. You will be wearing your school uniform but be sure you have washed, brushed and combed before the interview.
