The boys basketball teams came away with two wins last night. The juniors held Northern to 2 points in the second quarter to build an 18 point lead at halftime. They continued to play great defense the rest of the way earning a 56-38 victory.
The seniors pulled away in the second half of their game to win 74-45 thanks to a 31 point effort from Taye H. Both teams travel to Sarnia tonight to take on St Pats.

The Senior Girls hockey team squared off with the Red LCCVI Lancers to the north last night, in their first home game of the year. The Blue Lancers would get on the board first when Azylnn S., buried a goal by deking out the opposing goalie. She was set up by Layla O. The Red Lancers would tie the game up in the third, and it would end in a 1-1 draw. Grace G., made many great saves in net, and Kayonah S., was Lady Lancer of the game. The Lancers take on the Yellow team from down the street next Wednesday in their first battle of the year. GOOOOO Lancers!
