The first drama club meeting will take place on the stage, next wednesday November 9th after school until late bus. The drama club will bring the UCC stage to life with performances large and small, workshops exploring film performance and a social justice play second semester! All grades and experience welcome. See Mrs Fernandes with any questions and see you on the stage in one week!
ESports is BACK! Are you someone who loves playing video games? Well ESports has returned but with a more competitive edge. Anyone interested can join today for a 6 week session. We will begin next week, Wednesday, November 9th. The deadline to sign-up is this Friday. Only 20 people will be entered into the club so sign-up fast. You will be contacted if a spot frees up. Attention all gr.11 and gr. 12 UCC students! Semi-Formal will be held at Retro Suites on Thursday, November 17th from 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Tickets are available to gr.11 and gr.12 UCC students only. The entrance fee is $15. Only 200 tickets are available to purchase on a first-come first-serve basis so be sure to purchase your ticket on School Cash Online ASAP! Chips and pop will be available to purchase at the venue.
The junior boys volleyball team wrapped up their regular season with games against CKSS and McGregor last night. The team went 3-1 for the night, with a good effort by each member of the team. The boys will play their semi final game next week - stayed tuned for details! Great job boys!
