Teachers and Students, tune into FlashBack Friday at 2pm today. We have live guests, sports summaries and Teacher of the Week. Hint, the teacher of the week theme song is ABBA. 2 pm sharp.

We are now officially in Day 2 of our March Madness Astronomer tournament, and the competition is heating up! Yesterday's games were out of this world, and we are now down to the Sweet 16 round. Galileo dominated his game with his outstanding discoveries in the field of astronomy.

But it wasn't all smooth sailing. The match-up between Hubble and Hertzsprung (pronounced Hurts – sprung) was a nail-biter, with a very narrow victory for Hubble. The battle between these two giants of astronomy was a true testament to their impact on the field, and it was an honor to witness such a close competition.

Now it's time for the Sweet 16 battles! Which astronomers will come out on top and move on to the Elite 8? Will Stephen Hawking’s work on blackholes be enough to defeat Nicolaus Copernicus’ heliocentric model? Will Hubble's discoveries about the expanding universe take down Charles Messier's famous catalog of celestial objects? It's all up to you!

So don't miss out on the chance to cast your vote and be a part of Earth & Space Science history. Just scan the QR code on the mural in the Science Department. Let's keep the momentum going and make this the most exciting Astronomer Madness tournament yet!
