Tonight at 2:30 at the Chatham War Memorial Arena, come on out and check out the UCC alumni all-stars take on this year's varsity roster. Don’t miss the extraordinary display of skill by “toe dragging” Tyler Clark, Jason “the dangler” Dehoy, Jesse “the crusher” Kovar, Christian “magic mitts” Moccia and Steve “bar down” Houston. Admission is free and the 50/50 draw always promises to be a big haul. The alumni pre-game autograph session is always packed, so make sure to get there early!
The Junior Girls Volleyball Team dominated at the LKSSAA tournament at McGregor last night! They swept the competition and had won all 6 sets. Because they were the winners of every game, they are officially ranked first in the league! Lauren G and Autumn F were the players of the game last night for their killer serves! Mrs. Koelher, Mr. Biskey and Mr. Caniff are very proud. Way to bring home that Christmas dinner, ladies!
The senior girls volleyball team hosted their LKSSAA league night last night. The girls went 4-2 on the night, including a 25-2 win. MVP of the night was Sofia M. The girls return to action in the new year. Great job ladies - Mr. Phaneuf and Mrs. Sanford are very proud of you!
Last night the Boys Hockey Team beat the LK Cardinals 6-3. Gavin M led the way with a hat trick. Hometown boy Xavier H added a goal and 3 assists while Casey T and Aiden V also tickled the twine. The tandem of James L and Carson N stood tall between the pipes when they were called upon. Any fans interested in official Lancer hockey candy canes can see captain Andrew G for more info.
