Student Council members will be coming around per.1 starting Thursday Dec.1st to collect any winter gear to be donated to charity. We’ll be collecting mitts, scarves, tuques, blankets, coats, for all ages and all sizes! Lancers dig deep and find something to donate this holiday season. UCC will be participating in the 12 Days of Giving. The first 11 days students will give to those in need by bringing in winter gear, and on the 12th day a prize will be given to UCC students if they reach the goal line on the display case in the main hall with winter gear. Let’s go Lancers!
Tis the season to volunteer! Chatham Goodfellows is in need of volunteers throughout the month of December – a variety of opportunities are available including street sales and toy or hamper packing. You can sign up to volunteer by going to their website – chathamgoodfellows.ca
UCC's drop in has moved locations. Instead of joining us in room 405 we will now be meeting in room 101. Come on by during your lunch Thursdays and check us out for a safe and fun place to hang out and be well. UCC wants to welcome you! Are you finding it hard to get to first period? Drop in to room 101 on Tuesday and Thursday mornings anytime from 8 until 9:30 am for UCC's Warm Welcome.
