Acceptional Riders at TJ Stables in Chatham is looking for volunteers for their Spring 2023 session. Volunteers are integral to the program, and offer support and companionship to riders. Spring Session starts on April 17th, with an orientation session on April 3. If you are interested you can get more information from the guidance department.

The Reach for the Top Competitive Trivia Team finish the regular season yesterday. Our seniors had a some tough matches, finishing 5th overall. Congratulations to our seniors: Gabe A, Ella B, Tristan H, Mark D and Jennifer G and Mackenzie S. Our Junior Reach for the Top teams had an excellent season, finishing in 2nd and 3rd place. They will face off against eachother for a spot in the finals. Congratulations to both teams: Abby C, Mariah C, Isaac A, Myles G, Aidan R, Josh P, Robert V and Matt. Good luck in the semi finals.

Hey LANCERS, yesterday kicked off the poster campaign for international women's week. Each grade level has been challenged to go to the cafeteria during their lunch and write a message to uplift the women in our world. MORE IMPORTANTLY: everyone is challenged to bring in feminine products or a donation of money - the items and money collected will go to the Chatham-Kent women's shelter. Are you ready to witness the ultimate showdown of the most influential astronomers of all time? In honor of March Madness, we are proud to present the "March Madness: Astronomy Edition" tournament! Starting today, you have the opportunity to vote for your favorite astronomer in a bracket-style competition. From Galileo Galilei to Stephen Hawking, the Earth and Space Science class has assembled a lineup of the most brilliant minds in astronomy history. Who will come out on top and be crowned the ultimate champion? Head over to the mural in the Science department and cast your vote and help us determine who the most influential astronomer of all time is. Congratulations to both ESports teams last night as each team played extremely well sneaking in a few wins in Rocket League. On the Diamond Team, Joey F, Aiden V, and Dillon R came away with a perfect night winning all 3 matches. They demonstrated excellent teamwork and communication. On the Platinum Team, Keller C, Keenyn R, and Gavin H, didn't give up and managed to win 2 out of 3 of their matches. Way to go Lancers!
