13 wrestlers competed in Sarnia on Saturday. This was the toughest tournament this season. It was like a mini OFSM. Nearly 500 wrestlers were in attendance and the caliber of wrestling was supreme. We had many individual wins and good matches but left with a lighter load of medals than usual. Paige S., left the sweetness on the side of the mat as she showed a ton of grit ripping a Gold medal from the hands of her competition! Hunter H., brought home a silver medal. Aurora W., synched a much deserved Bronze medal. Landyn B., lost a close Bronze medal match but ended up with a 4th place finish. UCC finished 13 out of 37 teams from across central and southern Ontario and even from Michigan.
