Compassion can help improve our social skills. Compassion is an important social skill the plays a huge role in creating a positive learning environment for all and promotes healing. When we have caring spirits in our students, we are all better able to work together, share, express differing opinions in respectful ways, and help each other when someone is in need. Healing our hurting hearts through compassion is a way to support our wellbeing.
