Community Hours Form

NOTE:  The Ministry of Education had adjusted OSSD requirement for community service hours to a

minimum of 20 h for the Class of 2021 graduates.

How to Apply to University

Student who are planning to apply to an Ontario University will need their PIN in order to complete their online application at http://www.ouac.on.ca/ouac-101/

The deadline for completed online application and payment is on or before Friday, January 15, 2021 in order to received equal consideration for admission to programs beginning the following September.

PIN's will be mailed to eligible applicants in November 2020.

How to Apply to College

Students who are planning to apply to an Ontario College may now complete their online application at www.ontariocolleges.ca.  For a step-by-step tour of the secure online application, download the user guide.

The deadline for completed online applications and payment is on or before February 1 in order to receive equal consideration for admission to programs beginning the following September.
