HOW TO REGISTER
Step 1: Request a Registration Package

Step 2: Gather the Required Supporting Documents
Prepare the following documents to accompany your registration submission.
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency (acceptable pieces of identification: current property tax bill, property assessment notice, tenant rental lease agreement, utility bill)
NOTE: diver's license, health card, phone/retail bill are not accepted
- Proof of immigration status for non-Canadian born students
Families who are temporary residents in Canada (i.e., Work Permit, Study Permit)
- Legal documents related to custody and access, if applicable
