Report Cards and Timetables: 

  • All student report cards and September timetables will be mailed out to the most current home address on Wednesday the 8th of July.
  • Any student who had a conflict on timetable based on courses selected was either seen by councillors at the end of June, or will be advised by mail to book an appointment with a counsellor during our summer dates.
  • Only timetables with conflicts: Level changes (Academic, Applied, or Locally Developed), incomplete timetable, or students who were unsuccessful on attaining a credit will be addressed at this time.

Counsellors

Will be available by appointment on the following dates and from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM:

  • Wednesday July 15th
  • Wednesday August 12th.
  • Thursday August  27th

Fall Locker and Timetable Pick Up:

Grades 10,11, 12 students on Tuesday September 1st, 9:00AM to 2:30 PM

  • Grades 10, 11, and 12 students may bring in $45.00 for optional year book purchase.
  • Families may also consider the optional school activity fee donation of $40.00 to assist in supporting school activities, clubs and sports teams.
  • A $60.00 graduation fee will be collected from all grade 12 students.
