Note: Period 3 and 4 will alternate. The periods on  even numbered days of the month will be as follows, 1,2,4,3.  The periods on odd numbered days of the month will be as follows, 1,2,3,4.

Class of 2018’s Link Crew Grade 9 Orientation

The purpose of our orientation is to transition students from elementary to high school in a positive way.  Grade 11 & 12 students will serve as leaders & mentors to our grade nines.  Enjoyable large & small group activities will address students’ needs and concerns.  Wear comfortable clothes (uniform not necessary on this day) and don’t bring all of your stuff … travel light! Link Crew is a yearlong transition program that makes a positive difference in students’ lives; it is a school community building program.  In simplest terms it is a program where we “link” our incoming grade nines with successful senior students, creating a sense of comfort and connectedness that spans the school age perimeters 

Grades 10,11, 12 on Wednesday August 27th, 9:00 to 2:30 PM

  • Grades 10, 11, and 12 students may bring in $45.00 for optional year book purchase. 
  • Families may also consider the optional school activity fee donation of $40.00 to assist in supporting school activities, clubs and sports teams.
  • A $60.00 graduation fee will be collected from all grade 12 students.
  • Cash or School Cash On Line only for all the above mentioned (no cheques)

Will be available by appointment on the following dates and from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM:

  • Wednesday July 16th
  • Wednesday August 20th.
  • Monday August 25th
  • Tuesday August 26th,
  • Wednesday August 27th
  • Thursday August 28th.

Bussing Information

Will be mailed directly to your home via student transportation services, and general information will be added to our website in August.  Any questions or requests should be forwarded directly to student transportation services by contacting Toll Free: 1-877-330-4BUS or on line at www.schoolbusinfo.com 

New Registrations

Administration will be available beginning on August 25th for new registrations.  Please call 519-332-3976 (Ext. 4010, or 4011) for an appointment.

Purchased student Parking Passes are to be returned to the main office for a full refund.

Deadline to return parking passes is Friday, June 27th, 2014.

All scanner cards will be disconnected after Friday, June 27th and no further refunds will be administered after this date.

The Board of Trustees has received the 2013 Director's Annual Report, which outlines the Board's many educational programs and initiatives to help students achieve success.
