A Message from Director of Education Deb Crawford...

The St. Clair Catholic Board of Trustees, senior administration and staff across the district join with the Lambton Kent District School Board in expressing our condolences to the family of former LKDSB Trustee Susie Jones, as they mourn her passing.

Susie was also an instrumental figure in St. Clair Catholic classrooms across the district, helping to further our appreciation of the rich culture of Indigenous peoples; and as a Residential Schools survivor, she helped to deepen our understanding of this important issue.

We give thanks to God our Creator, for the tremendous legacy of knowledge that she leaves behind and ask for His blessings of peace and comfort for her family and friends.
