2007 SUMMER INSTITUTE:
on Thursday, August 23, 2007 over 80 JK/SK/ECE teachers, child care supervisors and elementary principals enjoyed a day of "Building Bridges" at our second annual Best Start Summer Institute! The agenda included presentations on various early learning and care approaches, YMCA-Playing to Learn, a Virtual Tour of the Best Start Hubs, Brag Board, Door Prizes, Dessert Bar and the opportunity to purchase items from various distributors!
 
2006 SUMMER INSTITUTE:
The Best Start "Getting to Know You Wrap-Around Summer Institute" was held in Chatham-Kent and Sarnia-Lambton on August 22 and 23, 2006. The agenda was full of interesting and helpful topics for all who attended. The response from JK/SK teachers and ECE's was overwhelming, and a great time was had by all!
